2 months ago i booked a show with my band for november 20th. our FIRST show. its been the only thing i've been looking forward to.

today, 10 days before the show, my friends decided to bail on me.

i booked the show, so its my ass. plus, i have to deal with the fucking embarassment of starting something and my friends quitting. fucking pathetic.

i'm BEYOND pissed.

That sucks! Were you the only band playing or are there a bunch of people playing? Not too bad if its the latter + if your friends have a good excuse
You should convince them to still play even if its not for shows. I used to jam with my friends but one sold their bass and the other is in the army now.
