Eating Marijuana

Eating marijuana has a different effect from smoking it. It not only takes longer before the feeling starts, but it lasts longer as well. This makes it more difficult to dose the stuff. You can easily get too much of THC in your blood which can give you a very good trip or a very bad trip. You wouldn't be the first one ending up in the hospital. So before eating marijuana you should have some experience.

Dose for eating marijuana

If you are using waste (leafs with THC) you should use about 50 to 100 grams of waste on 250 grams of butter. You should just try it to see how much is best for you. If you use weed, you should use about 0.5 to 1 gram per person, but this may vary. Therefore just try and boil it. Remember that when eating marijuana it takes about an hour before you start feeling something.

Making Cannabutter (with waste)

Bring a pot of water to the boil, then put a small amount of butter in the water. The butter melts, and mixes with the water. Then put the grass or waste in and boil it. Now all the grass will be riling around with the water and the butter. The THC dissolves into the butter. Stir the stuff regularly. After half an hour of cooking the grass, strain out the grass and waste and squeeze all the juice out of it. Then put the liquid in the fridge.

A few hours later, the mixture is cold enough so that the cannabutter has solidified on the surface. It will look kind of scummy, but it’s just enchanted butter. Scoop it out and retain it in a bowl or a jar. The cannabutter can be used just like butter, in brownies or cake.

Making Cannabutter (weed)

This method is the method we use ourselves. It’s somewhat easier and works just as well. Just burn the weed in a frying pan for a view minutes to activate the cannaboids (otherwise it will become poisoning). Then add the amount of butter you need for your cake and cook it for a few minutes. Don’t burn it, and only use this butter for your cake, brownies or your eggs in the morning.
